  The company covers an area of 150 acres, including a steel structure factory building area of 50000 square meters, a raw material and finished product storage yard of 30000 square meters, a maximum lifting capacity of 100 tons, and an annual production of 50000 tons of steel structures. The company currently has over 360 employees, including 12 senior engineers, 84 process, technical, production, and quality management personnel, and 220 skilled workers in riveting and welding.The company has obtained EU qualifications, special grade qualifications for steel structure manufacturing, and first-class qualifications for steel structure professional contracting.    According to the contract provisions, customer requirements, or the actual situation of on-site installation, the company leadership will study and decide on on-site service personnel, and the sales department will be responsible for dispatching them. After receiving the notification, the on-site service personnel shall first report to the Quality Management Department, and the Quality Management Department shall explain the tasks and precautions to them. On site service personnel must report to the service unit on time and contact customers in a timely manner. On site service personnel are responsible for jointly opening and inspecting the product with customers, and keeping records.

 

During the installation process, on-site service personnel are responsible for coordinating and handling product quality issues. When on-site issues cannot be resolved, they will be reported to the Quality Management Department in the form of an "On site Problem Contact Form" (see Table P16-01). Product issues reported by customers or on-site representatives shall be approved by the responsible manager and sent to relevant units for disposal; When necessary, the Quality Management Department shall organize relevant personnel to participate in confirmation, formulate disposal plans, and implement non conformance control procedures.

 

The Quality Management Department shall keep the "On site Problem Contact Form" and establish a ledger for each project, which should include at least the date, problem description, handling plan, handling results, etc., for statistical analysis of product quality status and as input for management review. Service personnel should keep good service records and are not allowed to leave their work posts without permission. Timely report the work situation to the Sales Department and Quality Management Department. The management of quality records formed during the service process shall be carried out in accordance with the QSP-05 Record Control Procedure.
